～あなたの一歩が世界を変える～JICA海外協力隊のキャリアパス紹介

　当社は、ODA及び国際機関等が実施する開発途上国の国際協力に携わる開発コンサルタントです。母子保健、5S-KAIZEN、組織能力開発、保健システム、栄養、医療機器、さらには疫学統計、社会保障、ジェンダー、障がい、ITなど、さまざまな分野で国内外のスタッフが活躍しています。私たちは、現状に満足することなく、常に活動の幅を広げ、新たな挑戦をしています。
　国内の研修委託業務では、2018年度よりJICA沖縄センターにて、公衆衛生活動による母子保健強化、地域保健システム強化による感染症対策、エビデンスに基づく公衆衛計画立案、さらには医療関連感染予防・管理等、保健医療をテーマとする研修を数多く実施しています。その他、アフリカや南米の医療従事者に5S-KAIZENに関する研修を行っています。これらはSDGsゴール3 「全ての人に健康と福祉を」の各ターゲット達成と密接に関わっています。
　当社には、JICA海外協力隊の経験を持つスタッフが多く在籍しています。彼らは任国へ派遣された当時、現地の医療従事者と一緒に、人々の健康、医療サービスの質向上、そして医療の安全確保のために、汗を流しながら活動してきました。赴任期間、決して楽しいことばかりではありませんでした。しかし、最後までやり遂げることができたのは、すべての人の健康と笑顔のためだったからではないでしょうか。
　その思いは、現在取り組んでいる仕事に大いに活かされています。さらに挑戦を続け、ターゲット3の達成に貢献していきます。

We are development consultants responsible for international cooperation in developing countries implemented by Official Development Assistance (ODA) and other international organizations. Our staff are active both in Japan and internationally in various fields such as maternal and child health, 5S-KAIZEN, organizational capacity building, healthcare systems, nutrition, medical equipment, as well as epidemiological statistics, social security, gender, disability and IT. We are never satisfied with the status quo, but are constantly expanding our activities and taking on new challenges.

Since 2018, we have implemented various trainings on public health topics such as “Public Health Activities for Strengthening Maternal and Child Health”, “Strengthening of Community Health System for Infectious Diseases Control”, "Evidence-Based Public Health Planning”, and also "Prevention and Control of Healthcare-associated Infection”, which are "Knowledge Co-Creation Program" of JICA Okinawa Center.

We also provide training on the 5S-KAIZEN to healthcare professionals in Africa and South America. This is closely linked to the achievement of each of the targets of SDG Goal 3 “Good Health and well-being”.

Many of our staff have experience of working for Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers (JICA Volunteers). When they were dispatched to assigned countries, they worked tirelessly with local healthcare professionals to improve the health of the population, the quality of healthcare services, and to ensure healthcare safety.

Two of our staff members had the opportunity to give presentations at "Okinawa Global Festa 2021" about their experiences as JICA Volunteers and their current duties in the company.
